For the Classic Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes:

1 and 1/2 cups (190g) All Purpose Flour*
1/2 cup (42g) Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
1/2 cup (100g) White Sugar
1/2 cup (100g) Brown Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup (240ml) Soy Milk*
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup (80ml) Canola Oil*
3 Tbsp Applesauce
1 Tbsp White Vinegar*
For the Classic Vegan Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:

3/4 cup (170g) Vegan Butter
3 cups (360g) Powdered Sugar
3/4 cup (63g) Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Salt
2–3 Tbsp Soy Milk*
For Decoration:
